    La formation était super, coté ponctualité rien à dire, les explications étaient claires et cohérentes, facilement compréhensible et la portée de tous. Une assistance qui ne dit pas son nom, honnêtement cette formatrice est fortement recommandée. sans oublier ma maîtrise de la norme qui a augmenté après cette formation.

    La formations de 5 jours que j'ai suivi avec Madame Sonia ANDRE sur lead Auditor avec la version 9 de la norme BRCGS fut une expérience formidable . Les modules de formation sont bien expliqués dans un Français claire et compréhensif. Les exercices pratiques sont bien expliquées et une bonne maitrise de la norme. J'ai Validé mon examen et je suis maintenant lead Auditor. Je vous recommande la formation de lead Auditor avec madame Sonia Andre.❤❤❤👌👌

    For a food safety management system, I recommend the BRCGS training, because I find it more Haulistic. I speak as an ISO 22000 version 2018 Lead Auditor certified PECB No. FSLA1121545-2023-07; with 10 years of experience in the food industry.

    The course was really interactive and easy to follow. There was a division between assignments and classes which made the learning quite dynamic. Additionally the teacher created an environment that made us all share our professional experiences and knowledge, which made it more interesting

    I recently completed the HACCP & Food Safety L 4 course from Ask Sonia Ltd., led by a knowledgeable BRCGS-approved trainer. With prior HACCP experience, I found the course insightful, especially the engaging discussions with other participants, which provided fresh perspectives for the food industry. It was a great refresher that strengthened my food safety management skills.

    I can say with confident that the company delivers everything that they promise on their website, participant's guide. They're well prepared delivering remote training. The course material is straight forward and easy to understand. The tutor made sure we gain the promised in-depth knowledge and understanding of the standard document and we can use this in practice after our exam too. Overall I give a 5*, it was a great experience, useful course. I would definitely recommend using this company.

    A very well prepared, fully on-line/remote delivered course. The materials, functionality and delivery were all excellent. A great way to carry out training without having to travel.     Very interesting course with a good layout. Chisala patiently answered every question and clarified any doubts I had. Intense and material heavy, so whoever is thinking of attending it - take the organiser's advice seriously and have the standard carefully read before you start. There is a good reason why the course lasts 5 days.

    Thank you for the course. I felt it was well organised, and there was a good split between self study and online teaching. The trainer was very knowledgeable and used his own experience for examples which helped greatly.
