Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
In case of cancellation of the session by ASK SONIA LTD, you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund.
In case of cancellation by or on behalf of the student:
- if the course is 21 calendar days away or more, there will be no charge applied (free cancellation) ; you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund (minus potential fees incurred by ASK SONIA LTD) ;
- if there are 20 calendar days or less to your course, including in the case of a 'no show', the possibility of a refund, total or partial, is left at the discretion of ASK SONIA LTD.
ASK SONIA LTD works with a few carefully selected, qualified, experienced, and dully accredited training partners. Your training course may be delivered by Sonia herself or by one of our brilliant and trusted training partners.
